Summer Heat?

What a hot day is today! I thought the sun would not shine but damn the heat of the sun is penetrating our house. So hot! I went outside and it was super hot! Feels like I’m on a full blast heating oven!

The world really becomes hotter and hotter. Have you noticed? I remember before that around 8am the heat of the sun is bearable but now? Even if it is only 7am, you can no longer bear the heat of the sun. So hot, indeed. I wonder what could be the possible reasons why our earth becomes hotter? Well, one thing I know “thinning of the ozone layer”.

Well, as a nurse I am concern of the effects of being exposed too long in the sun. It can dry your skin, eyes and worst can cause skin cancer. So, limit sun exposure… or use sun protection such as SPF lotions and don’t forget to wear those sun glasses to protect your precious eyes.

Remember, too long sun exposure is not health to one’s health. Have a happy summer heat!
