That is why the federal income tax credit for home buyers has been extended and has now been expanded. It has been expanded to homeowners who wish to move on after their 5 years of living in the current property they have, and for the first-time home buyers as well.

The real estate gives hope to the economy to the country. It is 21% of the gross domestic product of the US. Every home sold gives a job over the next 12-month period and $60 thousand goes to the local economy. In turn, the real estate industry is vital to the country’s economy and vital to the recovery of the economy. So, this benefits everybody, everyone. Not only will you have a home, but gives other people a chance to elevate their status in our society by creating jobs for them and giving in more services back to the people.

Support the Housing Stimulus program. The first time home buyer tax credit is up to $8,000. Those homeowners who have lived in a current home consecutively for 5 of the past 8 years can receive up to $6,500 tax credit. Whether your status is single or married, you are eligible for this as long as you are within the income limits. $125,000 for singles, $225,000 for married. You have a limitation of $800,000 on home cost that is purchased. So long as a written binding contract to purchase is in effect on April 30,2010, you, the purchaser have until June 30th, 2010 to close it.

Help yourself have a home, and help your country to be a better place to live to.

Last December 5, 2009, my cousin was married to her loving boyfriend. Their wedding was a success even though there were some delays but still it ran smoothly. The reception was beautiful and elegant. There were mirror around the reception hall and the gifts were gathered around.

The guests were entertained kindly and only those who was given wedding invitations were allowed to enter the reception hall. Yes, wedding invitations was badly needed. It serves as your gate pass. Anyway, there were no conflicts happened during the whole wedding session.

The wedding finished around 7:30 pm. Just as planned. Those who have the letterpress wedding invitations were given a wedding souvenirs before they went home.

It was a success and we all smiled.

Where is  fidelity if one’s partner commit adultery? or should I say fidelity is no longer important in ones relationship?

I have witness unfaithfulness within my family.  From the beginning, when I was just in my mother’s womb, my Dad was unfaithful to my mom until I grew up and become a lady… still my Dad remained unfaithful.  Because of faithfulness, I have witness how a father treat a mother without love… how a father act and say without love to his spouse.

I pity my mother during those times and I was also confused why my mom still stick with my Dad who was so unfaithful. If you are in my mother’s situation? Would you do the same thing? Live in your partner’s house for the sake of your children even though your spouse doesn’t love you anymore? Can you stand on a situation like that? If you asked me, I would never! I don’t want to live in the safe roof to a partner who lost fidelity.  Never will I. How about you?

Joshua, my nephew who was left here in Philippines with his two brother is celebrating his  birthday and he is now 3 years old! He has grown bigger compared to when he was just two years old! Joshua Tyler Loftus is now a grown up kid and he misses his dad and mom who is residing in Florida. His dad plans to pick them up this October but no exact date. We will miss Joshua and his brothers.

Yup! 38th Anniversary for my mom and dad. They’ve shared many aches, happiness, sadness, broke up, restoration and many more. Their relationship has been so hard and chaotic ^^ but still they decided to go on and stay with each other. ^^

Hm… I salute my mom for being so patient with my dad. For being so humble and kind to him eventhough dad is so harsh with my mom ^^ You are the greated mom of all ^^ God bless mom!
