Yesterday, we had a high school customer. She was doing a research and I think she was doing her assignments using the PC. She asked me if I could print what she’s doing and I was shocked when I saw a youtube site. I said  to  our customer “Are you sure this is the one you want me to print?”. She replied “yeah”. My mind was confused! Tell me how can a video be printed? Can you tell me? Gosh, the video was a song with lyrics. She wanted to print the lyrics… funny customer! Uncivilized! She have no idea that a video cannot be printed on a piece of bond paper. Lol. She was such a clown to me.
