This has been a controversy in Philippines particularly in Mindanao Naawan Misamis Oriental. A boy found dead on the ground without an arm. They said that the arm was eaten by three cannibal people living 15 minutes away from the said place.

The news said that only 1 person  was arrested and the other 2 suspects were nowhere to found. The police authority is still investigating about this horrific event.
