I went home directly after the class because I was not feeling well. When I arrived at the house, I immediately lie in my bed and sleep for about five hours. When I woke up, it was already 7pm and my head was aching badly. I don’t know what was my position while sleeping coz I got stiff neck. It’s very painful too. I took my medicine already but it did not relieve the pain I am suffering. I don’t know what is happening to my now. My bones are painful too, especially my backbone. I am worried about myself. It’s been a while since I have this pain. Maybe, I’ll go the hospital this Monday and check my health condition. I am writing this post because I need your prayers.
