Being a nurse is not an easy job. You are making your life at risk. A little error in the field of nursing is considered as a negligence. Just one false move in the medications, means your in big trouble.

Some people may consider us as a hero. But a tiny, little, mistake makes us a killer. Yes, indeed… that’s the saddest part of becoming a medical practitioner. We are ought to take care of our patient. We are oblige to every medications, cares, instructions we give.

We, as nursing students, should also work with 0% errors and 100% perfection. Our profession is some what “perfectionist” no mistakes, excuses are accepted especially in medication errors, in documenting, in instructing and etc. Remember, our data should be genuine. Fraud information is good as crime.
